How & When To Invite 

  When it comes to inviting guests to your wedding, the timing will depend on a few factors:

  1. Save-the-dates: Send out save-the-dates as soon as you have your wedding date and venue booked. This gives guests plenty of notice to make travel arrangements if necessary.

  2. Invitations: Send out invitations about 8 weeks before the wedding date. This gives guests enough time to RSVP and for you to finalize your guest count.

  3. RSVP deadline: Set an RSVP deadline about 2-3 weeks before the wedding date. This gives you enough time to finalize seating arrangements, meal selections, and other details.
